When making a booking with Amapol, the client agrees they have read our terms and conditions below:

 

Quotes

Our preference is always to first inspect your property in order to provide you with an accurate quote. However, we understand some clients prefer an over the phone estimate. Whilst we are happy to do this, if the description of your premises is different on arrival, our quote may be subject to change.

 

Cancellations and rescheduling

One-off service

Free cancellation or rescheduling requires at least 48 hours notice, otherwise a fee of $40 is required.

Regular service

For our regular clients, we allow for more flexibility with cancellations and rescheduling. However, if the service agreed to is cancelled on three or more occasions, we will request monthly payment in advance. We understand that there are some extreme circumstances which are out of your control, however, to secure your regular appointment with us payment in advance is preferred.

 

Access to property

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure immediate access to their property. If you prefer, we can arrange to collect keys.

 

Payment

One-off and end of lease cleaning requires a 50% deposit to secure your booking.

 

Damages/Complaints

Please send a photo to amapol.cleaning@gmail.com of your concerns and we will work with you to rectify.
